How do I change my email address or name on Vainu?
You can’t do this yourself through the settings as of yet. But worry not, message our support team through the chat or by emailing support@vainu.io. We can get this sorted for you! All we need to know is your old email address and your new one.
If you need to change your name, similarly, get in touch with our support team to get this changed for you immediately. 😊
I need to change my account to my colleague
The easiest way to do this would be to invite the new user to your account and delete the old one.

I don’t want to receive any more reports, marketing emails, or newsletters from you
We’re not offended – just remove yourself from our mailing lists by clicking unsubscribe or by updating your email preferences at the bottom of the marketing emails, that will look like this:
