You can remove yourself from our mailing lists by clicking unsubscribe or by updating your email preferences at the bottom of the marketing emails.
My email address has changed / my name has changed
It is not possible to change Vainu user name or email address yourself. Our support team is always happy to do these changes for you. Just send us a message with your old and new information either in the chat or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Currently it’s not possible to change your user name or email address from the Vainu interface. Please contact Vainu Support who will be able to help you do these changes. You can contact us by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner or by sending an email to email@example.com. I need to change my account to my colleague
We don’t allow direct changes of users by changing the email associated on the account, if you wish to change the user please invite the new user to Vainu and then remove the old account. Please follow this article to invite new users. If you wish to transfer lists from another account to the new one, please contact support who is able to help you.
