I want to know what is included in our Vainu license

You can see which features are included in your Vainu license by going to the Settings menu. This can be accessed by clicking the User icon on the top right corner and clicking Settings. In the Subscriptions & Integrations menu you can see everything that is included in your license or is available for purchase.

If a feature has text “Settings”, “Connect” or “Active” it’s included in your license. Features that don’t have any text or option under them are not currently included in your license but are available for purchase.

I want to purchase additional features (Integrations, premium export, API, additional databases, Zapier…)

You can purchase additional features by contacting your Vainu account manager. If you don’t know who is currently your account manager you can send a request through and it will be forwarded to the correct person.

Additional features that can be purchased:

Integrations: Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, SuperOffice, Hubspot, Salesforce, Upsales, Lime CRM

Country databases: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands, Great Britain, United States

Vehicle data: Finnish (Trafi) vehicle data, Swedish vehicle data, Norwegian vehicle data

Extra features: Premium Excel export, VainuAPI, Financial Statements, Zapier, Finnish Real Estate Data


Billing issues

In the case of billing issues, incorrect amount billed, no billing received, wrong billing address or anything related to issues with billing you can send an email to or if the issue is urgent contact us through the chat in the bottom right corner.

I want to know who is my account manager

If you wish to know who is currently your Vainu account manager, please contact our support team via chat.

I want to see our contract details or wish to discuss details about our contract

If you wish to see your contract details please contact us by emailing or by contacting your account manager directly.

I want to cancel my Vainu agreement / contract

You can cancel your Vainu contract by emailing us at or by contacting your Vainu account manager. Please check your contract for the length of term of notice if cancelling your Vainu contract.
